2022 FAFP Leadership Academy: Membership Survey
FAFP 2022 Physician Leadership Academy
The FAFP has partnered with Leadership in Practice, LLC, to host a one-day development leadership workshop designed for physicians. FAFP member participants will experience a 6+ hour version of The Leadership Challenge Workshop, evidence-based exploration of the 30 behaviors that describe exemplary leaders. The program is based on many years of study by leadership researchers Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner and is one of the most-used leadership models used by organizations worldwide. During the workshop, no pre-work is required. Participants will review the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), which provides participants an opportunity to self-examine how often to engage in behaviors that define exemplary leadership.
