MSV Scheme Champions
Scheme Champions carry out regular audits of the communal spaces and tell us how we are performing against our service standards. The purpose of this role is to empower customers. It promotes ownership and accountability as well as encourage and support customers in creating a clean and safe space to enjoy for all.
Your feedback is important, ensuring our customers a voice in the decision making and the management of their living spaces and supports our Neighbourhood, Compliance and Services Teams by providing additional resources.
