This survey is designed for executives, RevOps, functional leaders, and finance at mid-market companies (roughly 50–1,000 employees) who play a role in shaping and executing their organization’s annual plans.
We’re investigating how companies define and operationalize three interconnected processes:
Annual Planning: The process of deciding what the organization wants to achieve in the next year and outlining the initiatives and resources needed to get there.
Modeling: The process of estimating what is likely to happen based on historical data, current trends, and predictive models. (Often a piece of the annual planning process.) May include running different scenarios to determine future outcomes.
Execution: The ability to deliver against the plan.
The study examines which metrics and models organizations rely on, where challenges emerge, and how teams track progress throughout the year.
Your responses will power the State of Annual Planning & Modeling Report, uncovering how leading companies translate plans into performance.
