To request to be a District 56 Club Sponsor, Club Mentor or Club Coach please complete this brief questionnaire to ensure proper placement.

Club Sponsor - A club sponsor completes the paperwork, helps set up regular club meetings and plans the charter presentation. The club sponsor can also oversee the club officer installation.

Club Mentor - A club mentor advises, teaches, and guides a newly chartered club in implementing the Toastmasters program at the club during the first six months of the new club’s existence.

Club Coach - A club coach helps an existing club facing challenges with 12 members or less get to Distinguished.
