Southeast Neighborhood Development, Inc. (SEND) is a non-profit community development corporation created by neighbors to revitalize the near southeast side of Indianapolis and to enhance the quality of life for its residents.

This survey is for residents of the Twin Aire and surrounding neighborhoods to help SEND gain a better understanding of the needs of those we serve.

Please take 10-15 minutes to complete this 5-section survey about your household needs.

Completion of this survey is completely optional, and all data collected will be kept confidential, used only for SEND internal purposes, and will not be shared with any external parties.
