The Town of Wellfleet is updating the FEMA-approved 2017 Wellfleet Hazard Mitigation Plan. The Plan identifies and assesses our community’s natural hazard risks and prioritizes actions which minimize and manage those risks.  

This survey provides an opportunity for you to share your thoughts and participate in the hazard planning process. The information you provide will help us better understand your hazard concerns, improve emergency communications, and develop mitigation actions to lessen impacts of future hazard events (i.e. hurricanes, winter storms, etc.)  It will take just a few minutes to complete.
