Psychological Safety in Group Coaching Supervision

Two definitions to consider as you complete this survey:
1.: Psychological safety is a condition in which you feel included, safe to learn, safe to contribute, and safe to challenge the status quo—all without fear of being embarrassed, marginalized, or punished in some way. Timothy R. Clark (2020)
2. Coaching Supervision is a collaborative process facilitating coaches (and coach supervisors) to grow their reflective practice with a view of continuous improvement and professional development. The process considers the entire system surrounding the supervisee and their client work and seeks to bring value to all those stakeholders connected to that work. Clutterbuck, Whitaker & Lucas ( 2016)
