Fellow of the Association of University Radiologists (FAUR) Application Form

AUR members may be elected FAUR in recognition of outstanding service to AUR and/or its affiliated groups. A minimum of 7 contiguous years of membership (NOT including those as a trainee) in the AUR is required.

In order to be considered for the College of Fellows, please complete the application form below. The application, including all attachments, must be submitted by August 3, 2020. Incomplete applications will not be considered by the Committee.

* 10. The AUR Board of Directors reviews and sets the requirements for Fellowship. Each year, the Fellows Nominating Committee will measure the credentials of all completed applications and make its recommendations to the board for approval, deferral or rejection of proposed candidates. The final approval of the slate will be ratified by the AUR BOD.

Candidates will receive notification of the final disposition of their application prior to the annual meeting of the AUR.

Unsuccessful applicants will be automatically reconsidered in the following year (for 1 more cycle) and may be asked for an updated application, CV and/or letters of recommendation.

The identity of the candidates and all application materials will be kept confidential by the AUR and once submitted become the property of AUR.
