District 31 will be holding one in person Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) on Saturday, August 27th at a central location within the district close to I95. Club Officer Training (COT) will be from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM followed by a recognition lunch 1:00 - 2:30 PM then a District Executive Committee (DEC) meeting from 2:30 - 5:00 PM.
