Introduction

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback about MPS Summer 2021 Discovery and Learning program. We are continuously working to improve programming for Summer Scholars and greatly value your input. 

The survey will ask for your overall impression of summer programming at your child's site this year, as well as opportunities to provide feedback about specific areas. Please provide your feedback on as many of the areas as you can; if there are components that you either did not experience or do not have anything to contribute, you may skip those questions or indicate N/A.
