School Choice for NH's Annual Statewide Assessment Questionnaire

Receiving Statewide Assessment Results

This survey is for the private research conducted by School Choice for NH, a registered 501c4 nonprofit.

WHO: New Hampshire schools are required to administer annual statewide assessments to all 3rd and 8th grade students. It is often referred to as the NH Statewide Assessment System. 11th graders participate in the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) that is also for college admissions. Although most students participate in these annual tests, families may refuse their children’s participation.

WHAT: We would like to know how and when these results are distributed to those families whose children participate in the annual statewide assessments.
1.As a family whose child participates in the annual statewide assessment, how do you receive your child’s individual results?
2.The annual statewide assessment is administered over a few weeks, typically between March and June. Students are currently taking the 2019 assessment. When did you receive your child’s 2018 scores?
