The following questions are designed to help the ImageGuideEcho Registry understand the data repositories and technical architecture that exists in an echo lab.

2.Are the TTE data elements in your reports defined as separate discrete terms (e.g. Aortic Valve Structure: Normal/Abnormal/Not visualized, Aortic Valve Function: Normal/Abnormal/Indeterminate, Aortic Valve Stenosis: None/Mild/Mild to Moderate/Moderate/Moderate to Severe/Severe/Indeterminate)?

4.What types of structured data do you collect? (Check all that apply)
5.Do you have specific indications that are captured as structured data?
6.Is there a capability to export TTE study report structured data to a flat data file?
7.Are you able to schedule an automated process to target and export the TTE study data for newly performed studies so they can be transmitted to the registry?(i.e., 1 day, 1 week, 1 month)?
8.What files formats (e.g. XML, CSV) do you support for exporting the TTE structured data?
9.What reporting system do you use to produce your echo study reports?
10.Is the reporting system the same as your PACS? Your EHR? Or another system?
11.Who at your institution can assist ASE in identifying the data elements you collect for each TTE study? (Note: We also will need to know the selections and definitions for each TTE data element)
