Registration: Let's Talk About Site Benchmarking (And Why It's Broken)

Benchmarking is everywhere in clinical trials, yet trust in those metrics is surprisingly low. Sites, sponsors, and CROs track similar data but define it differently, lack shared context, and operate in different systems. This often results in metrics that look comparable but aren't, comparisons that feel unfair, and decisions based on incomplete information.

Over the last four months, a group of site leaders from The League have gathered to discuss this industry challenge and explore what it would take to fix it. Join us for a roundtable discussion to bring Sponsors and CROs into the conversation.

We'll explore why benchmarking remains fragmented despite widespread use, what drives the trust gap, and how the industry can move toward shared frameworks that actually support better decisions.

This is a conversation between stakeholders who are evaluated and those doing the evaluating. We’ll be focused on fostering alignment, transparency, and practical next steps.

Who should attend: Sponsors and CROs involved in site identification, site feasibility, and site management and monitoring . Sites are welcome to join and contribute to the discussion!
