13th Street Corridor Improvement Plan Survey

The 13th Street Corridor Improvement Plan will study the entire length of the street (from Bikeway Village to the Naval Outlying Landing Field) to identify ways to revitalize the area by expanding affordable housing opportunities, enhancing streetscapes and mobility, and supporting local businesses.
