As the current COVID-19 Pandemic continues to impact our local tourism sector negatively, the Guyana Tourism Authority (GTA) is intently working towards its 2021 mandate by ensuring that inspections and the necessary training support are provided to tourism businesses to operate in a safe way and help with recovery of the tourism industry. In accomplishing this quest, we humbly seek your help.

The heightened hygiene and sanitation protocols and national COVID-19 Emergency Measures have been put in place to safeguard business establishments, their teams and communities in which they operate, and you, the traveller. We can and will limit and mitigate the spread of the disease, but only if we continue to work together.

To assist the GTA with its monitoring efforts to hold all tourism businesses accountable, kindly provide feedback on the safety measures and customer service experience during your recent visit by filling this “Traveller Experience Survey”. It will only take a few minutes of your time and is essential in helping all businesses improve their service to keep everyone safe and provide service excellence.
