Thank you for attending the KSO's Czech it Out concert.  We'd love to get your feedback!  Please take approximately 10 minutes to complete our survey, this provides the KSO with information that helps us improve for you, and is required by our funders.

Each completed survey will be entered in a drawing to win either a VIP Parking pass to the 2021 Summer Park Concert Series or $25 in KSO merchandise (the choice is yours). The pass allows parking in the Musicians area next to the Amphitheater.  If you complete the survey by midnight on Wednesday March 10, 2021 you'll be entered in the drawing twice! 

Drawing will be held at noon on March 17, 2021.
