We’ve updated the magazine with help from our Customer Committee to make it more useful and enjoyable.

With their feedback, we’ve made sure to include more customer stories, local updates, and a clearer layout with links to key information. We’ve also shortened some articles and focused on the topics that matter most to you, like keeping your home warm this winter, support with money matters, and updates on services like repairs and damp and mould.
