Complete the following information to register for access to singlePoint.

Step 1:  Enter your Company Name, your name, the contract you want access to, and contact information
Step 2:  Provide the names of the individuals that need access.  Please note, due to security concerns, group mailbox are not permitted. 
Step 3:  Select desired permissions from the options below:              
              Basic Access: permission to view, create, and update incidents.         
              Add-on 1:        permission to request a change to an asset.              
              Add-on 2:        permission to approve a change request to an asset.   
              Add-on 3:        permission to add or remove users or assets. (best practice - no more than 2 users with this add-on)
Step 4:  Submit completed registration form
