Introduction

This site has been created to provide an online platform for former students, alumni, faculty and staff and other individuals affiliated with the Curtis Institute of Music to provide information to Cozen O'Connor as part of an external review into historical allegations of sexual or gender-based harassment or violence.

Participants may choose to submit information anonymously, with or without identifying information, and with or without contact information. No personally identifiable information is captured unless a participant voluntarily offers such information in any of the comment fields.  Participants also have the option to request a follow up telephone call.

This online platform allows you to share your experiences and observations about the Curtis Institute of Music related to sexual and gender-based harassment or violence.  Information submitted through this forum will be reviewed by Cozen O’Connor and incorporated into the external review.

PLEASE NOTE: This opportunity to share information is not a substitute for reporting current concerns about sexual and gender-based harassment and violence under Curtis Institute’s Employment Policies and Student Code of Conduct.
