For the past year, members of your community have been laying the groundwork to create a cultural trail to help highlight all the great spots and sights that Richmond and Wayne County have to offer. The project is the Wayne County Cultural Atlas, and with the support of the National Endowment for the Arts, the City of Richmond, Indiana University East, the Richmond Art Museum, Big Car Collaborative, and several other countywide partners, we’re making it happen.
