These existing, one-story homes feature:
- three bedrooms
- one full bathroom

- central air conditioning & heating

- proximity to SEPTA train & bus

**Renovations will begin after homebuyers are selected.

One house is located on the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Croydon.
One house is located on the 800 block of Main Avenue, Croydon.
