Survey on Key Competences of the Professionals in the Culture and Creative Sector (CCI)
INTRODUCTION
What is CreatEU? "CreatEU - Entrepreneurship Up-skilling Education for Creatives" is a project funded by The European Union under ERASMUS+ Programme, aiming to support the development of relevant and high-quality competences of professionals working in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI). The goal is to enhance the sustainability and profitability of their activities, and as a result to further support the development of the CCI sector in Europe. About this Survey The present questionnaire is part of the Needs Assessment survey that is conducted by the CreatEU project exploring and identifying key competences (knowledge-skills-attitudes) needed by artists, creative and cultural operators on entrepreneurship, management, fundraising, marketing and networking.
The results will be used in order to develop the Training Material, tailor-made to the exact needs that the Sector has. Approximately 100 CCI professionals will directly benefit from the educational services & tools developed in the project, through their participation in Training Activities or accessing the online Learning Platform that will be produced.
