How would you know if the state is keeping it a secret?

Gov Lamont has certainly faced criticism regarding transparency in his administration, especially when it comes to letting the taxpayer know where the money goes.

Recently the state Comptroller removed pricing information from contracts for Covid-19 tests and exempted the vendors from Connecticut's Freedom of Information Act, asserting that their prices are a "trade secret"
