Celebrating a Dynamic Industry

This award recognizes an organization's responsiveness to the Covid-19 government guidelines to ensure the health and well being of their employees while still responding the needs of the customers and their business. 

To receive this award provide us with a short write up letting us know how you were able to successfully adapt to the many challenges presented during this pandemic. 

The following is a list of suggested information you may want to include in your write up:
  • How were you able to accommodate the social distancing guidelines. 
  • Were you able to maintain staffing levels by moving to work from home models.
  • What measures did you put in place to maintain engagement and morale with your teams.
  • What programs were you able to offer to your employees to assist with their mental health concerns. 
  • Any other steps you took to make a successful transition to the 'new normal'.

Submissions must be completed and submitted by December 15, 2020.
