The CORD COVID Educational Impact Task Force is conducting a “Needs Assessment survey” regarding the impact of COVID on residency programs/residents/students/faculty. Please take the time to answer as many questions as you can.  The survey is voluntary and anonymous. This is a two-part survey. It is approximately 20 questions each covering topics like undergraduate education, graduate medical education, EM faculty, and wellness.  It is the task force’s hope that from the information you provide, we can give valuable feedback for the upcoming academic year to enhance your program.  Thank you.
