How has COVID-19 affected your organisation in the last year and what resources do you need?

In our two previous COVID-19 community needs surveys, we obtained very important feedback about the affect of the pandemic on community organisations. We now invite you to complete this next 4 minute survey as a check on your organisation's well-being and resource requirements, a year after the Covid outbreak.  The results will be collated by the Catalytic Foundation (formerly United Way NZ) to help us advocate for your organisation with philanthropists, employers, Government and donors.  All responses will remain totally confidential.
