Welcome to CCPC's Long Range Planning Survey
Our church is engaged in developing a long range plan for our congregation, under the umbrella of our vision to be a church “Embracing All, Feeding Spirits, Reflecting Christ, and Changing Lives Forever.” We wanted to involve the congregation at an early stage in this process.
This survey focuses mainly on a number of different capital projects and the need to begin reducing our debt that is hindering our ability to advance our church’s many activities and outreach initiatives. It also asks for demographic data to assist us in operating budget forecasts. No attempt will be made to report and reference individual names with specific responses. Your responses will be confidential and survey results will only be reported at group levels.
The survey will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. We have made it as concise as possible because we know your time is valuable and request that you complete it as soon as you can but, in any case, no later than Sunday, June 5, 2016.
This information will permit the Church to prioritize our programs and projects so please give careful consideration to each question and add any comments where appropriate.
