Court Bailiff services

We help our clients every day with answers, information, and assistance.  Now we need your help.

The BC government is reviewing the Court Bailiff services and we have been invited to make a submission.  One of the recommendations from the recent report of the government’s Rental Housing Task Force stated: “Investigate ways to provide affordable access to bailiff services in smaller and more remote communities.”

If you’ve ever had to bring in a Court Bailiff to evict a tenant, you know how costly that was.  And that’s the information I need from you.  Please respond to the following. No names will be used in the submission, only the regional/municipal location of the rental unit

Deadline is April 15.
