How much time do you think executives at your company spend on work for their board?

In 2013 I conducted some research into the cost of the time that executives spend on reporting to, supporting, and administering their company's board.

Your help in bringing that research up to date is greatly appreciated. Your best estimate - if you don't actively track the time and cost of supporting your board - is sufficient. Your comments and questions are welcomed.
