Cortland Food Project: Cortland County Year Round Farmers' Market Survey

Welcome! And thank you for participating in this survey to help Seven Valleys Health Coalition (SVHC) assess demand for a year round farmers' market and commercial kitchen in Cortland.

As a Cortland-area community member, your input is invaluable in helping us assess how community members currently use and would like to use their purchasing power for local foods.

In it, you will be asked questions about your shopping habits and thoughts about local foods, including how you might shop at a year round farmers' market and/or use a commercial kitchen and/or cold storage space if available. Question Title

* SVHC was awarded a grant by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to determine the viability of a year round farmers' market. This survey is the first step in determining our community's demand and desire for local foods.

The benefits of completing this survey could include increasing access to local food, removing barriers that restrict access to local foods and improving the quality of life we enjoy here in Cortland County.

If you have any questions about the Cortland Food Project, please contact Molly Reagan Andrejko at Seven Valleys Health Coalition, molly@sevenvalleyshealth.org or phone (607) 756-4198.

Again, thank you for your participation with this project.
