* 1. The sale of the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club is expected to be final in May 2021, and it will then be redeveloped by its new owner. How important is it for the Coquina Sands Association board to work with the City of Naples to represent our neighborhood's interests on that project? (Examples: addressing zoning changes, building height, density, construction vehicle traffic, construction noise, reporting status back to members, etc).

* 2. How important is improving utility services in Coquina Sands? (Examples: FPL says power lines in parts of Coquina Sands will be buried, but dates are not committed. Cost-effective and environment-friendly natural gas has been run to other neighborhoods in Naples but not Coquina Sands. Comcast currently has a monopoly on wired Internet and TV service here; other communities in Naples have selected higher quality and much less expensive providers.)
