This series of workshops led by teaching artist AshaAung Helmstetter uses Art as Apothecary with intergenerational art projects and creation as a form of meditation. This series bridges a gap between generations using storytelling, crafting, creativity, and teamwork. Participants will create a collaborative art piece that highlights individual stories and collective creation through a series of fun and thoughtful art projects.

Workshops take place at International Community Health Services Legacy House (803 S Lane St, Seattle, WA 98104).

No experience is required. Art supplies will be provided.
