Introduction - Congregational Updates for Canadian Unitarian Council 2016
Each year in the fall, the CUC asks for membership figures from congregations for our records and for calculating Annual Program Contributions (APC) and delegate allocations. A separate letter to your president/ treasurer will be mailed to your congregation regarding the APC and dues for 2017.
In addition to this information, we are also updating information about your leadership roles and congregational programming and activities.
The survey will take some time to fill in, and if you’d like a PDF copy of the questions ahead of time, please email info@cuc.ca. We suggest that the president or other designated person assume responsibility for making sure the information is gathered and entered. Please file the information so that it’s easily accessible, as we will be asking for updated information annually.You will be able to return to the survey once you start it to complete your entries.
