Concord GO Centre - Round 1 Online Survey

The City of Vaughan is undertaking a review of the Concord GO Centre Secondary Plan and developing a Concord GO Centre Transportation Master Plan to guide growth and infrastructure in the area around a potential future GO Station.

The Concord GO Centre Secondary Plan Review was initiated in December 2025 to bring the current Secondary Plan into conformity with the newly adopted Vaughan Official Plan 2025, address changes to provincial legislation and respond to ongoing development activity in the area. The Concord GO Centre Secondary Plan Review will result in a renewed policy framework and preferred land use plan.

The Concord GO Centre Transportation Master Plan was initiated in 2019, at which time the existing conditions and future opportunities were assessed, and a set of transportation network recommendations was developed. However, the study was paused in 2022, and since then, several new development applications have been received, some with Minister’s Zoning Orders and proposed road networks that differed from the Transportation Master Plan recommendations. The Concord GO Centre Transportation Master Plan is resuming with a larger study area to include the emerging development applications and consider their impact to the future transportation network recommendations.

The City’s goal is to create a vibrant and well-connected community, but that can’t be done without your help!

This is your opportunity to tell the project team what matters most to you. Whether it's the types of housing we build, the parks we enjoy or the services that make daily life easier, your feedback will directly shape the preferred land use plan for Concord!

In addition to the information in this survey, an Open House event was held on Wednesday, April 15, and the materials are available online at www.vaughan.ca/ConcordGO.

This survey will take approximately five to seven minutes to complete and will close on Sunday, May 3. Your input will help us understand current issues, constraints and opportunities and shape the future of the Concord GO Centre area.
