The Waterloo Regional Police Service has launched its Body-Worn Video (BWV) and In-Car Video (ICV) pilot project, which will run from June 2021 to December 2021.

This project will see more than 100 body-worn and in-car video systems deployed with frontline officers.

During the duration of the pilot project, we hope to receive feedback from the community on topics such as accountability, community safety, and privacy.
