Southeastern Idaho Public Health Needs Assessment Survey 2023

Southeastern Idaho Public Health is conducting a needs assessment to better understand community resources and knowledge of suicide prevention and mental health. We are asking community members to share thoughts, concerns, perspectives about current resources. The assessment will inform future district wide suicide prevention efforts.
