We are conducting a brief survey to gather public opinion about medical marijuana businesses in the City of Vista following the passage of Measure Z in November 2018. This measure allows up to 11 medical marijuana dispensaries to operate within the city. City staff is recommending that licensed dispensaries be allowed to deliver their products to customers. In addition to delivery, the Vista City Council is discussing approval of other marijuana businesses such as manufacturing, distribution, and testing facilities.
