6.Volunteer Hours: Please include a summary of the impact your chapter has had on the community based on hours volunteered. Please include amount of volunteer hours, number of participants and charities or initiatives supported with volunteer time, if applicable.
7.Please include any additional information about your chapter's impact on the community that is not previously covered.
