At Frederick Irwin Anglican School we take pride in responding to challenging student behaviour and resolving student conflict with a restorative approach.

So what does the term Restorative Practices mean? What does a Restorative approach involve? Please come along to find out more about Restorative Practices in a presentation led by Gabrielle Lawlor, from Restorative Practices WA. Gabrielle has a Bachelor of Psychology degree and Diploma of Education from the University of Western Australia. For many years she worked as a school psychologist in both rural and metropolitan schools in Western Australia.

She was appointed as Manager of Student Services with the Department of Education. In this role she managed a team of school psychologists and supported schools in resolving conflict and developing a positive school culture.
