This survey is intended to identify a list of priorities for eligible Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) activities, under the provisions set forth by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), within the City of Farmington Hills. The survey results will assist the City in determining CDBG funding priorities in the next five years (2015-2020). Responses will be accepted until February 27, 2015.
