The preseason is one of the most important times in an athlete's development. If done right your activities in the preseason can increase your chances of success during the season. From skill development, conditioning, and communication the preseason begins the important task of laying the foundations for building your season. It is important that character development is included in the foundation.

Be honest with yourself as you evaluate how often you apply the five core values.
