2026 Adelaide Cobras Miniroos & Juniors Player Registration

Introduction

Thanks for your interest in joining the Adelaide Cobras family for the 2026 season! ⚽️ We're excited to welcome new and returning players.

To get started, please fill out this form to register your boy or girl for our MiniRoos (Development - U11) and Junior Competitions (U12-U17) teams.

Trial Attendance: All players in the U10-U17 age groups must attend trials. Confirmation of trial dates and times will be distributed through our social media channels and to registered players.
Registration Deadline: Make sure a parent or guardian completes this form at least 24 hours before your child's trial begins.

Proof of Age: If you're new to the club, please bring proof of age to the trials and show it at the registration desk. A passport, birth certificate, school ID, or driver's licence are all acceptable forms of photo ID to confirm your child's date of birth.

A quick note on late registrations: If you register after the official trial and signup period, the Club might contact you to discuss your child's registration before confirming their spot for the 2026 season. We look forward to seeing you on the field!
