LAUNCH OF A DONEGAL COACH TRAINING PROGRAM

Here in the Presbytery of Donegal, we are thrilled to announce a new Initiative to train capable leaders with coaching skills, through a Coach Training Program led by Laurie Ferguson of Loaves and Fishes Coach Training. This program will allow us to expand our group of leaders and to expand a “coaching culture” in Donegal that will equip us for the opportunities ahead. We will have our own training cohort, which will begin in September 2021 and conclude in late May or early June 2022.

12. For those applying for the Presbytery-Sponsored Program

I have a continuing education or personal budget available to pay $750 of the $2500 Training Program cost at the start of the program. The Presbytery will pay the rest in exchange for deployment in the presbytery.

I would like to break up the $750 payment with an installment plan of up to two years. I understand that I will sign a payment agreement, and that I am obligated for the entire amount whether or not I complete the program.
