The City of Williamsburg invites the community to help select the winning designs for the 2026 Vote Sticker Design Contest.
To help ensure a fair and equitable process, responses may be reviewed for duplicate, automated, or non-genuine submissions. Only one vote per person is permitted.
BackgroundIn celebration of the nation's 250th anniversary, the City of Williamsburg invited local students from select Williamsburg-James City County Schools to bring their creativity to the 2026 election experience through a community-wide Vote Sticker Design Contest.
From April 13 to May 11, 2026, designs were collected for two sticker categories from the following schools:
- "Future Voter" – Laurel Lane Elementary School (grades K-5), Matthew Whaley Elementary School (grades K-5)
- "I Voted" – Berkeley Middle School (grades 6-8), James Blair Middle School (grades 6-8), Lafayette High School (grades 9-12)
The Williamsburg Public Art Council selected the finalists using the following criteria: 1) creativity, 2) clarity, and 3) visual impact at a small scale. The winning designs will be distributed by the City of Williamsburg during the 2026 election cycle.
Public voting closes June 12, 2026.
