Sandy Springs Design Guidelines Public Meeting #5

On April 23, 2026, the City of Sandy Springs held a community meeting to follow up on the feedback received at the November, 2025 meeting and share progress on developing an overallframework for the guidelines and exploring how the physical character of the Stage 1 and Stage 2 areas can be expressed through the design of buildings and sidewalk areas. The purpose of this comment form is to collect additional community feedback on the materials shared during this meeting. Exhibit and presentation materials will be posted on the project website. If you were not able to attend the meeting, please take a moment to review these materials before providing feedback.
