Have you experienced problems with your Council bin collection in July.
Port Phillip Council says that 90% of residents have had no problems with garbage collection since new contractors were employed at the start of July. 
Use this survey to share your experience anonymously.
TWiSK is independent of Council and will use your responses to 'verify' Council claims about the extent of the problem.
