Conflict of Interest in regional Victorian legal practice

This project is funded by the Victorian Law Foundation to explore issues of ‘conflict of interest’ within rural and regional legal practice. It seeks to clarify the nature and extent of conflict of interest in order to present potential solutions that support legal service providers and clients.
This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and is intended for lawyers who hold a current practicing certificate. Your responses are anonymous and will only be presented in aggregate form.
