We’re exploring the possibility of creating a 20–30-home co-housing community built around architecturally designed tiny homes, shared amenities, and a supportive, village-style way of living. Your input will help us understand the level of interest in a community like this, how it should be structured, what amenities matter most, and which locations make the most sense.
Because affordability is a core goal, location will play a major role in determining whether this concept is feasible. We are focusing on areas where land costs are significantly lower—such as Desert Hot Springs, Sky Valley, Yucca Valley, and 29 Palms—while still remaining within reasonable driving distance to Palm Springs. At this stage, it’s unlikely we would find a cost-effective site within the Coachella Valley itself.
Your feedback is essential as we explore where and how a community like this could become a reality.
