Thank you for your interest in the Continuum of Care Policies and taking the time to complete this survey.

The Seattle/King County Continuum of Care (All Home) is seeking input for the purposes of developing Continuum of Care Policies. These policies support the CoC by offering a guiding framework for homeless housing and service providers and funders. They represent the standards of service delivery for our community and serve as a guide for the implementation and operation of housing and services specifically targeted to address homelessness in the region.

As part of our vision and guiding principles of this body of work, we are seeking your input as we build upon the Interim Policies (an initial phase of work of consolidation of common and minimum requirements) to further refine and enhance policies. The goal is to create policies that center Housing First and Racial Equity, ensuring we are maximizing the impact of our response system for people with lived experience and reducing harm, particularly for communities of color and people most marginalized by the system.

The survey has 16 questions and should take about 30 minutes to complete.

What happens with your input?

We are prioritizing the voices of people experiencing homelessness through this process. We will be collecting all of the input we receive and will be working with other people experiencing homelessness who are part of All Home’s work to find ways to incorporate your feedback into these policies.

In the meantime, you can track what other people are saying and how the work is progressing here: http://allhomekc.org/coc-policies/.

If you have questions, you can contact Triina Van at triina.van@allhomekc.org or 206-263-9110.
