The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Please answer the questions with reference to your most substantial directorship or board role. If you wish, you can repeat the survey referencing another organisation once you have completed it.

Data collected will have no identifying features and any information reported in connection to the survey will be anonymous. If you do identify yourself in any way, your details will be kept strictly confidential. By submitting your answers you are giving consent to the use of data collected in the survey.
